These errors seem to be becoming more and more frequent and I’m still looking for a workaround.
I have managed to raise emails and audible warnings before this happens, but there seems to be latency issues in getting any response. Sometimes I have to deal with this manually

Great post! I agree that its becoming more frequent! Really need to find a workaround because its starting to become a problem!
